My VERY bad for re-using your excellent title -- "Taking on all comers" -- from 3/28/13, Dave. It was so clever that I guess it stuck somewhere in my subconscious and then popped out this morning. I apologize and have now changed it.
There's no "policy" other than that plagiarism is NEVER condoned, and I accidentally did it. Thanks for calling it to my attention.
Incidentally, OP97 had the same title.
