1430. 'n sip it

There once was a time Pinot Noir
Was the premier red grape of the Loire
But for years it's been known
As the best of Bourgogne
And I think I will drink some ce soir.

Actually, once the Loire river turns south, it forms the western boundary of Bourgogne (Burgundy.) However, "Loire wines" aren't classified as burgundies.
