1881. Insatiable itinerant

A Polish call-girl used all modes
Of transport to reach johns' abodes
And one town in particular
Got visits vehicular
It's said that she took on all
Łódź.
I really wanted that pun to rhyme, but Lodz is pronounced, "Wootch" (sort of.)  Shall I take a Pole on whether to leave it?

  1. Well, I'm not a Pole, but your "Lodz"
    Phonetically sticks to the codes
    Of keeping the rhyme
    And the meaning, and time
And it stays true to limerick modes.

But if the true sound makes it "Wootch"
Then use it - it's Polish, not Dootch
    Assuming each john
    Is a man, whereupon
If he's not, then the call-girl's a butch.
